Kate Baldwin

Director, Growth Partnerships, In-Q-Tel (IQT)

Kate Baldwin serves as the Director of Growth Partnerships at In-Q-Tel (IQT), where she focuses on the investment strategy and execution for defense-focused national security partners into dual-use, venture-backed startups.

Before joining IQT, Ms. Baldwin was with the FBI, where she developed strategic partnerships between the Bureau and Silicon Valley. While at the FBI, she also served as a detail to the National Security Council's Counterterrorism Directorate and the Executive Secretariat, staffing the President's international travel and engagements.

Ms. Baldwin holds a BA from Duke University, where she was a varsity soccer player. In her free time, she is a member of the Junior League of Washington and serves on the Auxiliary Board of the Washington School for Girls, and volunteers with the Washington Jesuit Academy.
