Matt Reilly is an active duty Air Force officer with over eight years of experience ranging from tactical to strategic levels of operations. Matt is currently serving as a Branch Chief at United States Cyber Command where he is responsible for planning, evaluating, and deconflicting cyberspace operations against a range of state and non-state actors. Most recently, Matt served as an Executive Officer at Headquarters, United States Air Force where he assisted senior Air Force leaders with furthering key initiatives including Anti-Access/Area Denial operations and furthering foreign military partnerships. Matt has completed overseas tours in South Korea and Germany and deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM where he served as the Director of Operations for a special operations forces detachment responsible for the daily execution of airborne targeting missions. Working with a variety of inter-agency partners, Matt was instrumental in the development of multiple innovative analytical methodologies which were implemented in support of military operations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Matt graduated magna cum laude from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelors of Arts in History and completed a Masters of Science from American Military University. Additionally, Matt is a distinguished graduate of the Air Force's Squadron Officer School at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
