Polly Kisin is a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy with operational and analytic experience both domestically and abroad. In the surface warfare community, she led teams and programs aboard an amphibious assault ship while deployed to the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. In the information warfare community, she served as a naval liaison in South Korea, as an analyst on a 24/7 operations watchfloor, and as an aide to a two-star Navy Admiral. She currently serves as a military liaison within the interagency.

Polly earned a Master of Arts from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy. She is a proud first-generation American and Maryland native currently residing in Washington, D.C.
