CNAS Fourth Annual Conference: Shaping the Agenda- Beyond Afghanistan
Former ISAF commander LTG David Barno, USA (Ret.) moderated a the second panel of the CNAS fourth annual conference. The panel was designed to brief the President on the state of the allied campaign in Afghanistan from the perspective of 2013 and featured the Carnegie Endowment’s Ashley Tellis, Georgetown University’s Paul Pillar, and CNAS’ Richard Fontaine.
