Virtual Event: Biotechnology and American Competitiveness

Jun 2, 2021
2:30pm to 4:00pm ET

Biotechnology—including synthetic biology, pharmaceuticals, and genomic editing—has the potential to transform the geopolitical landscape. While the U.S. has long served as the global leader in biotechnology, there are increased opportunities to foster research and innovation, address bioterrorism and biosecurity risks, and strengthen the U.S. bioeconomy in an era of global technology competition.

On June 2nd, 2021, CNAS hosted a virtual event on Biotechnology and American Competitiveness.
