
Andrew Swick
Former Research Associate, Military, Veterans, and Society Program
Andrew Swick is a former Research Associate with the Military, Veterans, and Society Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), where he focused on civil-military relations, defense reform, and issues facing military families and veterans. Mr. Swick was previously an intern with the MVS team, and prior to joining CNAS worked as a state director with the Kasich campaign for president.
Mr. Swick graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2011 with a B.S. in American Politics, and subsequently served as an infantry officer with the 101st Airborne Division. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Security Studies at the Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
