Caitlin Dohrman leads Improbable's U.S. Government business and U.S. subsidiary, Improbable LLC, where she focuses on the overall growth of the team and business and enabling customers' success in applying Improbable's technology to national security challenges. Improbable is an emerging global leader in distributed simulation technology for planning, training and decision support. Caitlin has worked in technology for 14 years, bringing innovative solutions to bear on U.S. defense and intelligence missions. Prior to joining Improbable in 2018, Caitlin was an Enterprise Lead and Product Manager at Palantir from 2011-2018, where she was responsible for the company's national security portfolio and helped build the Palantir Gotham and Foundry platforms. Caitlin's background and education are in engineering, and she held roles as a Program Manager and Systems Engineer prior to joining Palantir. She received her bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University and her masters degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
