Emil G. Maine is the Aerial Refueling and Special Operations Forces (SOF) Planner and Programmer for the U.S. Air Force Rapid Global Mobility and SOF Panel. In this capacity he leads Air Staff total force integration of $8.5 billion dollars across 23 programs and 673 aircraft. He previously served as the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Assessments Branch Chief for the U.S. Air Force Strategic Assessments Division. Prior to joining the Air Staff in 2016, he worked in the defense industry and for The Heritage Foundation.

Emil earned his M.A. in Political Science from American University and holds a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
