Chair of The Board of Directors, The BOMA Project

Mr. Boyle serves as Chair of The Board of Directors at The BOMA Project (BOMA.ngo), a leading provider of poverty graduation programs in the drylands of Africa. BOMA empowers women, youth, and displaced persons to overcome extreme poverty and climate change.

Mr. Boyle is a Founding Partner of MITS, a defense technology accelerator in Kyiv, and is active in its operations.

Mr. Boyle serves on several boards and advisory boards in the fields of affordable housing, renewable energy, education, and innovation. Prior to his pivot to public service, Mr. Boyle had a 35-year career in asset management and investment banking. He co-founded an investment bank, founded an asset management company, and built and led high-performing global teams. He currently invests in cleantech, workforce housing, and innovative agriculture.

Mr. Boyle holds an MA in International Relations from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, an MBA from Dartmouth College, an AB in Economics from Stanford, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is currently pursuing an MA in Global Security at King’s College London and is in Wharton’s C-Suite Program. He has lectured on investing and ethics at leading universities and participated in international security dialogues.
