Jeffrey Mouton is the Department of Defense Senior Intelligence Analyst for U.S. Central Command’s Operational Assessments Group. A graduate of the University of Louisiana, he previously served in analytic and leadership positions at U.S. Africa Command and U.S. Army Europe and has worked in various capacities in the Middle East and Africa. He holds a master of arts degree in international relations from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute’s Persian-Farsi program.
