Loren Voss is a Senior Advisor at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency where she leads efforts to integrate civilian harm mitigation into security assistance and security cooperation with allies and partners.

She previously served as an Air Force officer, including as analysis division deputy chief for Air Forces Central Command, and she deployed to the Baltics and Middle East as intelligence chief for an F-15C fighter squadron. Loren clerked for the Israeli Supreme Court and wrote on national security and immigration as a Harvard Frederick Sheldon Traveling Fellow. Most recently, she was a management consultant at McKinsey in Washington, D.C. Loren is a Board member for Rhize and No One Left Behind.

She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. in Global Affairs from the Jackson Institute at Yale University, and a B.A. in International Relations and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
