Marisa Paul is a business development specialist, focusing on market and customer analyses for Northrop Grumman's Aerospace Systems sector, an approximately $10 billion business comprised of approximately 24,000 employees and a provider of manned and unmanned aircraft, space systems, missile systems and advanced technologies critical to our nation’s security.

Previously, Marisa served as a business development analyst for major defense acquisition campaigns of strategic importance to Northrop Grumman in mission systems, information technology and technical services.

Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Marisa led the Procurement Solutions government relations and business consulting division of Carmen Group, a DC-based government affairs company, focusing on acquisition reform and defense/homeland security public-private partnerships. Before working with Carmen Group, Marisa was Senior Manager of Government Relations with Raytheon IDS.

Marisa began her defense career with an appointment to the Presidential Management Fellowship, spending two years with the Chief of Naval Operations. In that capacity, she supported Transformation efforts within programs and assessments and manpower.

Before her fellowship at the Pentagon, Marisa specialized in international trade and homeland security at government relations firms in the nation's capital and in Boston. Marisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Duke University in North Carolina and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management and Public Policy from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
