Sally Sullivan leads Global Public Policy for Raytheon Technologies Corporation. She is responsible for developing the company’s position on legislative and regulatory issues having economic, political and social impact on the health of RTX businesses worldwide.

Sullivan has more than 30 years experience in government relations and business consulting. Most recently she served as Interim Vice President of Defense Government Relations and of International Government Relations for RTX. Previously, she was the Vice President of US Business Development for the Raytheon Corporation prior to its merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020.

She previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manger for Homeland Security at CSRA, and held leadership positions at Northrop Grumman and EDS. Her work has supported governments worldwide in the areas of defense, intelligence, technology, healthcare, disaster response, security and global diplomacy.

Sullivan holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
