Richard Fontaine on Trump 2.0's Foreign Policy and Indo-Pacific Shift

Fontaine analyzes the areas where the second Trump term might continue or depart from traditional conservative internationalism. He also advises Taiwan to bolster its defense capabilities and alliances as a means of deterring China.
