Ziemba: U.S. Long-Term Commitment Concern Gulf States
Oil climbed on pessimism over US-Iran peace talks as both sides exchanged fire for an 11th consecutive night. Commercial traffic through Hormuz has reached its lowest level in three weeks while Iran-backed Houthis advised shipowners not to call at Saudi Arabian ports in the Red Sea. Rachel Ziemba, founder of Ziemba Insights and adjunct senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security, spoke to Bloomberg’s Jennifer Zabasajja on Horizons Middle East & Africa on the future of oil prices and products.
