CNAS’ Hendrix, Routh on ‘Building the Future Force’ Report, Future-Force Planning
Jerry Hendrix, PhD, Defense Program director and senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security, and Adam Routh, a research associate with the program, discuss CNAS’ “Building the Future Force: Guaranteeing American Leadership in a Contested Environment" report, the impact of fiscal uncertainty on future-force planning, advice for Capitol Hill defense appropriators and the legacy of their late CNAS colleague and fellow report co-author, Shawn Brimley — who tragically passed away earlier this year at the age of 40 after a battle with cancer — during an interview with the Defense & Aerospace Report in Washington.
